Cape Town Biogas is an organic waste processing facility that utilises leading anaerobic digestion technology to process 250 tonnes of organic waste per day into three valuable outputs – Compressed Biomethane, Renewable Beverage-Grade Carbon Dioxide and valuable agricultural inputs. The facility plays a meaningful role in South Africa’s circular economy, providing a compliant and competitive organic waste disposal solution at scale, while producing valuable products for the commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors.
