Metier's analyst programme, is currently closed for applications. The programme is designed as a two year opportunity where candidates with outstanding potential, but limited experience in investing or private equity are mentored and developed. The programme is part of our succession planning, transformation and skills development strategy.
The programme provides candidates with exposure to the full private equity life cycle from deal origination and negotiation through evaluation, structuring, execution and monitoring to the exit process. This is achieved through on-the-job training in an apprenticeship structure with a close working relationship with deal executives and direct exposure to the Metier principals. Additional structure is facilitated by formal training sessions led by Metier team members and, where required, supported by external facilitators.
Enrolment in the CFA programme for Level 1 and 2 will be facilitated by Metier and is a requirement of the analyst programme.
